ABOUT US

NewGen Tachytis is a collaboration of two teams (NewGen Motors – Tachytis). Our 1st meeting was at the National finals, where NewGen Motors won the 1st place and Tachytis the 3rd place. After the announcement of the results, we joined our forces, founding one of the strongest team in Greece. One of the main differences is that NewGen Motors was from a public school, in addition to Tachytis which was a team from a private school. Despite our differences, we work and collaborate harmoniously constituting the perfect team. Staying dedicated to our goal; TO REPEAT what Infinite Racing did last year, we prepare our selves to live the Challenge and fight for our dream at this years' finals in Malaysia, happening from 22nd to 26th of September 2017.

THE CHALLENGE

F1 in Schools is the largest student competition on the world based on STEM, in which have to design and manufacture a miniature C02 propelled F1 model. In order to accomplish their target, teams have to raise sponsorship and manage their budget to fund their accommodation, research and travel to this years' World Finals, held in Kuala Lumpur, in Malaysia.
